Overview

Aurion Digital Solutions, LLC ("Aurion," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or any related site we operate (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact or booking form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message you include. You may also share information with us by email, phone, or during a scheduled call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited, non identifying data about how visitors interact with the Site, such as the pages viewed, the approximate region derived from your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit. This data is generally aggregated and may not directly identify you, though some identifiers such as IP addresses may be considered personal information under certain laws.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, schedule demos and calls, deliver and improve our services, and send you relevant follow up communications. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how the Site is used and to improve its content and performance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If you contact us or submit a form, we may follow up about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. Where applicable state law gives you the right to direct us not to sell your covered information, you may submit a verified request to us at auriondsolutions@gmail.com.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic and usage. Google may collect anonymized data through cookies and similar technologies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and Google offers a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics measurement.

Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.

Advertising and Tracking Technologies

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site. Meta may collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies and combine it with information it already holds. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and adjust cookie behavior in your browser.

Third-Party Services

We share submitted lead information only with the tools we use to operate our business, including cloud storage, spreadsheet, email, scheduling, and customer relationship management providers, and only as needed to process and respond to your request. These providers process data under their own privacy policies as our service providers.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any service that collects your information.

Client Services and Data We Process for Others

This policy covers information collected through our Site. It does not cover information we process on behalf of business clients when providing AI receptionist, automation, or related services. When we handle information on a client's behalf, we act as a service provider under our agreement with that client, and that client's own privacy policy governs how the information is used. Where a client operates in a regulated field such as healthcare, additional agreements govern our handling of that information.

Data Retention

We retain lead and contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations. When your information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also ask us to limit how we use it or withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at auriondsolutions@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and remove your information from our active systems where required.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Age Requirement

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we will provide notice through the Site or by email where we have your address.
